The buying experience at Waconia Dodge Chrysler Jeep was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I began the process by reaching out online and was contacted the very next day! I'm a bit of a cautious buyer and extremely busy between work and family. Greg in sales was incredibly patient with me as we worked together on my timeline, not his. He was very knowledgeable and responsive and answered all of my questions while helping me navigate the various options in comparing buying versus leasing, the myriad of models and features on the Jeep Wrangler and was even able to accommodate a last second audible on the desired color. Fast forward to the day of the paperwork and they had me prepared ahead of time to zip in to the dealership, work with John in finance, and be on my way in no time at all! The Wrangler was immaculate, the battery was fully charged, the gas tank was full and Greg made sure I knew how all the features worked before hitting the road. I highly recommend working with these guys for that "local feel" and stress-free experience!

Great Dealership and shop. Technicians are professional and also certified. Repairs can be shown and explained on request. Parts can be a little spendy and slow but that's the factory not these guys. Defiantly recommend for all your vehicle needs

I’ve been a customer of Waconia Dodge for over 4 years. Have worked with Chris Weinberger in their sales department the whole time. It’s been the best sales experience I’ve had in my life through two Ram trucks purchased through Chris during that time. He’s honest, works hard to get you the best price, and you never feel pushed on anything. He looks out for his customer’s best interest which in this day of “the bottom line” in most businesses is refreshing. Waconia Dodge is highly recommended, and I’d say ask for Chris!
